Please remind that the excursion services are not included in the Property Price

Can you provide a car rental service ?
We will be pleased to help all our guests providing the best car service in cooperation with AVIS CAR RENTAL Please refer to AVIS for additional information.

What is the difference between Villas and Farmhouses?
Villas are usually independent. properties, while the Farmhouses are usually composed of two or more apartments and a shared pool.

Is it possible to book a house for a short/long term rental?
All Properties welcome our guests on a weekly basis (from Saturday to Saturday), unless otherwise specified.
However we invite our guests to contact our offices, we will do our best to satisfy all needs.

Are pets allowed?
Please refer to each property table showed in the Amenities page.

How does the heating work?
Being very expensive in Italy, we highly recommend our guest to verify if the heating is already included in the rental by having a look at the Rates' page for each property.

Are the cleaning costs included in the price?
Please refer to each property's 'Amenities' page. Most of properties include final cleaning, when is not included you will not find stated in "Amenities" section. Extra cleaning is an extra to be paid on the spot.
Also, please note that the owner provides only an initial supply of washing-up detergent, soap, toilet paper etc, etc.

Can you provide a cook/chef?
Most of our Properties can provide a cook/chef services on request basis, with an extra cost.
The are also a few Properties which include the Chef services usually for the dinner…please refer that in those cases Guests are liable for food and beverage. Never in the properties rates will be included Food & Beverage cost.

What is the first shopping?
Upon arrival we can provide our guests with some basic foods such as, bread, oil, wine, mineral water, milk, etc.
The first shopping has to be confirmed in advance. Being an extra service it is not included in the rental price.

Are linen included?
Yes, all the Properties we represent will provide bed linen and towels. In case of two (or more) weeks rentals, new linen and towels will be provided on Saturday.

Where are the extra costs indicated?
Please refer to each property table showed in the “Amenities” page.

Do I have to pay immediately for the supplements?
Usually not, depending on the rendered service.

When is arrival expected? And departure? Saturday (between 3 – 7 pm) to Saturday (by 10.00 am)

How can I find out if the property is available during the time period in which I am interested?
We would be happy to inform you of the availability of any property by email (, or by sending us a message through our website upon you checked the availability on the our Properties Search Engine and fill in the Booking Request.

Once I have chosen a holiday house, how do I book it?
"Best Places in Tuscany" requires an advance deposit payment to secure your reservation.
Please refer to the “Terms & Condition section” and read at Booking Conditions' page.

How far in advance I should make a reservation?
Some properties during high season (May – September), especially the bigger ones, could even be booked one or two years in advance. For example in September most of the properties are already booked for the following season.
But you will on this months anyway.

How can i pay the advance?
Simply with a wire transfer and send us a copy via fax/mail of the bank transaction.

Do you accept credit card?
No, at the moment we do not accept Credit Card.

What will be the price in Dollars or Pound?
Please refer to the Currency Converter.

What is the cancellation policy ?
The "cancellation policy " are the rules which fix the amount due by the guest should decide to cancel the booking for whatever reason. Please refer to the “ Rental Policies ” page.

What do I receive upon confirming my booking?
Guests will soon receive a booking Voucher with the confirmation number together with all useful information on how to reach the booked property and key - holder personal details.
